1. Who we are

This site is operated by StartRiteNow ("StartRiteNow", "we", "us"), Den Haag, Netherlands. For any privacy question, contact us at info@startritenow.com.

2. What we collect

  • Information you give us: your name and email when you take the quiz or subscribe.
  • Quiz results: your Discipline Score, archetype and score band.
  • Order information: handled by our payment processor (see below). We do not store your card details.
  • Usage data: if you accept analytics cookies, basic data such as pages viewed, device, and the campaign or video that referred you (UTM parameters).

3. How we use it

  • To send you your quiz result and the related email sequence.
  • To deliver and support any product you buy.
  • To understand which content drives interest, so we make better content.
  • To send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data based on your consent (marketing, analytics cookies), the performance of a contract (delivering products you buy), and our legitimate interests (securing and improving the site).

5. Who we share it with

We use trusted processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), GoHighLevel (email and CRM), and, where enabled, Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok (analytics and advertising). Each only receives what it needs. We never sell your personal data.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. You can accept or decline these in the banner, and change your mind by clearing the choice in your browser.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@startritenow.com and we will respond within the legally required time.

8. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We keep customer and lead data for as long as you are a subscriber or customer, and for up to 7 years afterwards where Dutch tax and accounting law requires it, after which we delete or anonymise it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
