By using this site or buying our products you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is operated by StartRiteNow, Den Haag, Netherlands.
2. What we sell
StartRiteNow sells digital products: the 75-Day Blueprint (a PDF) and the 75-Day Reset (a digital program with Notion-based tools). These are downloadable / access-based digital goods, delivered electronically after purchase.
3. Not medical or professional advice
Our content covers discipline, habits, training and lifestyle. It is educational, not medical, psychological or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new fitness or nutrition routine. You act on the material at your own risk.
4. No guarantee of results
Discipline is something you build. We give you the system; the work is yours. We make no promise of any specific result, income, or physical outcome. Testimonials are individual experiences, not typical or guaranteed results.
5. Licence and use
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, copy or share the materials publicly or commercially.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR and may include applicable taxes. By purchasing you authorise the charge shown at checkout.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, StartRiteNow is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to its courts.
