Our promise
We want you to actually use the system, not sit on it. If something is wrong, talk to us first, we are reasonable.
Digital products are non-refundable
Everything we sell (the 75-Day Blueprint and the 75-Day Reset) is digital and delivered immediately. Under EU law, when you buy digital content and agree to immediate access, you give up the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. At checkout you confirm that you want delivery to start right away and that you understand this waives that right. Because of this, all sales of our digital products are final and non-refundable.
If something is broken
This does not affect your statutory rights. If a product is faulty, will not download, or is not as described, you are entitled to a fix or a refund under Dutch and EU consumer law. Email us and we will sort it.
How to reach us
Email info@startritenow.com with your order email and the issue. We respond within 5 business days. Any approved refund goes back to your original payment method.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank, we will almost always sort it faster.
